We then help you decide how often you need us to visit and for how long, factoring in the type of garden you have and, of course, your budget. We charge by the hour to ensure you only pay for the work we complete and remove any waste for an additional charge.
We complete gardening tasks to keep your garden looking exceptionally clean and tidy during our visits, such as lawn cuts, trimming and leaf removal, but we do much more than that. We focus on taking care of your plants. Using our horticultural expertise, we identify and treat diseases, pests and malnutrition. We also routinely assess irrigation systems if we believe a lack of water is causing problems, fixing minor repairs on the spot or offering installation solutions when required.

Letting people, you don’t know onto your property, especially when you aren’t home, isn’t something you’d usually want to do. We aim to provide you with the best service possible and give you complete peace of mind the entire time we’re on the job. Using an app called ServiceM8, we can track the whereabouts of our gardeners, letting us check when our team is arriving and leaving your home. It also allows us to provide you with a more accurate invoice for the work done, monitoring how long our team worked on your garden to the nearest hour. Finally, we provide you with photos of your service and record any notes on issues or critical aspects that may need care in the future.
A guarantee covers all our work to ensure your peace of mind. If something about your garden is not as agreed upon or becomes problematic due to a mistake we make, we will come back and fix it free of charge.
